It contains unsaturated fatty acids (extremely rich in omega 3s) that provide valuable assistance in the fight against cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases. It is rich in magnesium, manganese and iron, and vitamins E (a powerful antioxidant) and B6.
They contain no cholesterol, hydrogenated fats, gluten or casein.
