Purpose: It has strong antivirus activity. It is used against influenza, herpes and mumps viruses. Relieves symptoms of colds, flu, fever. Helps with bronchitis and chronic cough. It relieves headaches, migraines, symptoms of PMS and menopause. It works with digestive tract problems, soothes the nervous system. Recommended in conditions of stress, anxiety, tension, insomnia. It relieves inflammatory skin conditions, such as insect bites, rashes.
Massage
Energises your body and mind while helping to soothe aching muscles. For adults, use up to 7 drops in 1 tbsp of base oil. For children over 2 years old or adults with sensitive skin, use up to 3 drops in 1 tbsp of base oil. Not suitable for children under two years old
