INCI: Abies alba Mill Essential oil
Fir needle essential oil is widely used in aromatherapy because of its full range of medicinal properties. This 100% pure natural product is used in: colds and flu, coughs, asthma, bronchitis, shallow breathing, sinusitis, muscle pain, arthritis, rheumatism, deodorizes, disinfects and refreshes rooms (especially during colds and flu)
 
Directions: inhalation, dermal.
 
Inhalation: Put essential oil in a hot water container, wrap a towel around your head and inhale steam for 5-10 minutes, 2-3 times a day (3-4 drops of essential oil per litter of water)
 
Dermal application:
Add 5-10 drops of fir essential oil in 30 ml of base oil (olive, almond, sunflower, etc.).
Massage the resulting solution to desired parts of the body.
